1970's Corvette Stingray Restoration

Introduction

At Perfect Finish we are dedicated to getting every vehicle to the perfect finish regardless of age. Recently, our shop was given the opportunity to bring a 1970's Blue Corvette Stingray back to it's original shine with a full body paint correction and application of Modesta's BC-X Ceramic Coating. Full Body Paint Correction & Restoration

This beautiful Corvette came all the way from Charlotte, NC for her spa treatment! We would like to give a huge shout out to East Coast Classic Cars for transporting this beautiful vehicle to and from our shop. During our initial assessment wet noticed significant imperfections in the paint.
Our certified technicians performed a full body, 2-stage polish to get the paint smooth and clear! The vehicle then received a IPA wipe down in preparation for the Modesta Coating application!

Ceramic Coating Application

For maximum protection and shine, we selected Modesta’s BC-X Ceramic Coating for its unparallel protection, durability, and shine. This hydrophobic coating was carefully applied to each panel to enhance protection from minor scratches, damaging UV Rays, acid rain, and road grime. The owner was blown away with the results!

Post Application Results

Post-Application, this 1970's Corvette Stingray is shiny and new. The Modesta coating magnifies the glossy mirror like finish of the paint with added protection against UV rays, chemical stains, and minor scratches. Now that our team has completed our part, this beauty is on the way to the next stop of this renovation!
