Ford GT Paint Correction

Introduction

Here at Perfect Finish Detailing we work on detailing all kinds of vehicles, this 2018 Ford GT was contracted out to us for full reconditioning and paint correction before delivery to the client. After receive a through exterior detail, decon/clay and safely working to prevent additional imperfections through this process we started to work out the best way to approach paint correction on this beautiful machine.

Paint Prep/Correction

Taking a less is better approach to this vehicle to preserve its original paint and clear coat. We started with a cut polish that was not too aggresive but enough to bring out some of the deeper inperfections. After finishing the cut we restored the gloss of this beautiful red with 3800 Menzerna polish to clear out micro blemishes left behind from the cut polish. This Finishing results are stunning.
